So many people came to our open studio, with Ayane Kurai, last weekend, at 95 Starr Street studio. Thank you so much and it was great to see and talk with you. For whom could not make this time, hope you to be able to come next time. Thank you, Mei Yamanaka for your beautiful dance with my tumor panties and shirt. Thank you, Misuzu Hara, for your great video shooting. I loved to see my creation moved without my intention and with positive energy.

Bushwick Vendors Market.

Unfortunate snowy rainy, Sunday, feb. 12th at the Silent Barn, Bushwick Brooklyn. I actually like that they don't call this as Valentin's Day Market since I don't care.  About 15 vendors are here most are sharing a table including me.  I like this atmosphere and attitude. If you feel like, market opens till 6, 3 more hours.

Come to see me and my recent works during Bushwick Open Studios, at 95 Starr Studio, September 21(sat) - 22(sun) 1-8pm. Ayane Kurai’s recent paintings will also be viewable.

Location: 95 Starr Street (between Knickerbocker and Wilson), Brooklyn, NY.

Direction: Take L train to Jefferson Street, get off the front Starr street exit (if from manhattan) and walk long 2.5 blocks AGAINST traffic on Starr Street.  

or Take the M train to Central Avenue station, get off the Central Avenue exit and walk on Central Avenue to Starr street and turn right. The L train is slow on weekends, but still reaches here, so don’t give up!  M train might be more reliable from the city on weekends.
